Hair Services
With some of our stylists being in the biz for 40+ years, we have decades of experience. We are constantly learning new techniques for all types of hair services. We offer all the traditional services (cuts for men, women, and kids and color services), as well as hand tied extensions and keratin smoothing treatments. Bridal Services
We offer both hair and make up services here at Vitality. Our team of make up artists and stylists come from all different salons across the county to help you get the look of your dreams. We are 100% open to work with any other salon/stylist you'd like if you would prefer to "build your own team". Infrared Sauna
Our new infrared sauna is great for even the newbies. We provide a checklist upon booking to make sure you're up to date on all the "to-dos". Timings range from 15-45 minutes in a sauna that tops out at 140* F. The difference between a traditional steam sauna and ours is simply that the infrared technology targets your core temperature as opposed to the air around you. This makes it great for a multitude of reasons including improving your immune system, aiding in metabolism and a full body detoxification.
Virtual Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
We believe your health is an important part of feeling your best, most beautiful self. We decided to start offering virtual. coaching because we truly believe that the better you feel, the more confident you'll be in your own body. We offer both traditional nutrition coaching and holistic coaching, and have plans available for even the most novice in the health world.
